No. There is no single level of experience required to inquire. The Conservatory is intentionally personal, so readiness is considered in relation to where you are now, what you hope to develop, and whether the current course of study is the right fit for you.

Every inquiry is reviewed personally by Jazmine. Because The Conservatory is intentionally small, admission considers your experience, areas of interest, timing, and the kind of support you are looking for. If there is a current or upcoming path that may be a fit, you will receive details about the next step.

Your study may move across eight interconnected areas: Sound, Facilitation, Ceremony, Professional Studies, Musicianship, Performance, Ethics & Leadership, and Mentorship & Assessment. The curriculum provides the foundation, while live study and mentorship allow us to focus more closely on the areas most relevant to your developing practice.

The Conservatory Method™ is the educational philosophy behind My Sound Bath. It approaches sound as a practice requiring musicianship, skilled facilitation, ethical responsibility, artistry, discernment, and continued study. Rather than teaching a practitioner simply what to play, the Method develops the understanding needed to listen, make thoughtful choices, and create sound experiences with intention.

Our work goes beyond learning techniques or collecting instruments and into musicianship, facilitation, artistic development, professional practice, and the real questions that emerge as you work with sound. It is a place to deepen your practice through study, conversation, application, and mentorship.

Because instruments are tools. Musicianship develops your ability to listen and make intentional choices with them. We study musical relationships, tonal awareness, dynamics, pacing, silence, composition, improvisation, and the architecture of a sound journey so that your work is guided by understanding rather than by the number of instruments you own.

Live study may include teaching, demonstration, discussion, listening, practice, and direct feedback. Because The Conservatory is intentionally small, our time together can also respond to the questions and situations emerging from your actual practice.

The Conservatory may include both intimate group study and individualized mentorship. The exact structure depends on the course of study offered and will always be shared with you before enrollment.

When appropriate, live teaching sessions may be recorded so you can revisit the material during your course of study. Because some mentorship conversations may include personal or practitioner-specific discussion, not every gathering is necessarily recorded.

Depending on your course of study, support may continue between live gatherings so questions can be explored as you put the work into practice. The specific form of between-session support is outlined before enrollment.

No. You do not need a large instrument collection to study deeply. In fact, part of our work may include learning how to understand the instruments you already own, recognize musical relationships between them, and make more intentional choices as your collection develops.

Yes. The Conservatory can be especially valuable for practitioners who are already facilitating and have begun encountering questions that introductory education does not always answer. Our work can examine your musicianship, facilitation, instrument relationships, soundscape development, professional practice, and the areas where you want greater confidence, skill, or artistic depth.

Yes. Practitioners may bring sound into work that already exists within yoga, wellness, therapy, healthcare, education, coaching, retreats, private practice, hospitality, or other complementary fields. How sound is integrated should always reflect your existing scope of practice, training, and professional responsibilities.

The Conservatory includes education around nervous-system awareness, ethical facilitation, consent, scope of practice, client care, and creating experiences with greater sensitivity and discernment. The program does not qualify practitioners to diagnose or treat trauma unless they separately hold the professional credentials required to do so.
